Each serving size (2 capsules) contains: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Choline, Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum, Inositol, Proprietary mixed carotenoid blend, FloraGLO lutein, Zeaxanthin. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, ages 4 to 13, take 2 capsules daily, with a meal. Ages 14 and up, take 2 capsules, twice daily, with meals. Consult a physician for children under the age of 4.
