Shipping charges: Free shipping across India on all orders.
Delivery timelines:

4–5 business days when the product is in stock in India.

Up to 15 business days when the product is not in stock in India (fulfilled from our international warehouse).
You’ll see the estimated timeline on your product page or order confirmation. If your order contains items with different availability, we may ship them together or in parts for the fastest delivery whichever is better for you.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS as soon as your package is shipped.

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to start showing movement after dispatch.
Address Changes

Need to update your address after placing the order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.
Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the delivery fails, the package may be returned to us. We’ll reach out to help reship (additional shipping time may apply).
Serviceability & Remote Areas

We ship to most pincodes across India. Very remote locations may experience slightly longer timelines. If your pincode is unserviceable, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Delays Outside Our Control

Rarely, delays can occur due to courier load, weather, strikes, or unforeseen customs/operational checks (for international fulfillment). We’ll keep you updated if this happens.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing photos so we can resolve it quickly.
