We place importance on the supplier, the product information available to us and the suitability of an item for the store.
Clear product identity
Brand and product names are presented for identification, with images and descriptions intended to help customers understand what they are ordering.
Customer escalation
If packaging arrives damaged, an item is missing or something appears inconsistent, customers can contact us with the order number and supporting photographs.
Global products can vary
Packaging, label design, ingredient presentation, language, regulatory wording and product size can vary by destination market or manufacturing run. A new package design does not automatically mean that a product is different or inauthentic.
The physical label supplied with the product is the most current source for ingredients, warnings, directions and suitability information.
