DirectBuyIn believes in maintaining transparency and providing assistance to its customers wherever possible. However, please note that cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

Under this policy:

No Cancellations:
Once an order has been successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We request you to carefully review your order before completing the payment process.

Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately on the same day of delivery at directbuyin@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Order ID
  2. Clear images or videos of the damaged item and packaging

Our support team will verify the issue and assist you further. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful verification by our quality team.

Timeframe for Reporting:
Complaints regarding damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours (same day) of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

Verification Process:
After reviewing your claim and verifying the damage, we will provide the best possible resolution — which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

Refund Timeline:
In cases where a refund is approved, it may take 10–15 working days for the amount to be processed to the customer’s original payment method.
