   Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Folate (as Metafolin, L-5-MTHF) 667 mcg DFE. Other ingredients: hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).

   Directions

  As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal, or as directed by a health professional.
