PLEASE NOTE: C-Salts is VERY sensitive to moisture and humidity. When introduced in the bottle, it can decrease the shelf life quickly and cause the product to discolor. KEEP BOTTLE AWAY FROM WATER! Always use a DRY spoon and replace cap immediately. Keeping your C-Salts dry will extend the shelf life well beyond the best by date. Do not refrigerate. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. IF PREGNANT, CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE USING.
Indications
IMPORTANT! Each full daily dose provides 4000mg of vitamin C in a highly absorbable form. The most common side effects of high dose vitamin C in sensitive people are loose stools, gas and bloating. If this occurs don't get discouraged, the product is working! Simply reduce your dose to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily and take with a meal until the unwanted side effects stop. As your body adjusts, you can then work your dose back up to the desired level over time.
Directions
Use twice daily, morning and evening. Add a measured 1/2 teaspoon of C-Salts to 2oz of water in a glass. Swirl for 60 seconds or until the bubbling subsides. If desired, add more water or add to a beverage of your choice and drink up! *For optimal results, C-Salts should be taken throughout the day continuously replenishing vitamin c reserves as the body uses them.
