    BioMatrix Pro-Adapt contains micronized progesterone derived from diosgenin, the constituent of wild yam (Dioscorea villosa). Micronization is the process of reducing a material’s particle size to the micron or submicron level, thereby increasing absorption. The fixed 4.0 mg per drop optimizes precision dosing. It is suspended in a base of rice bran oil and high-grade tocopherols. Rice bran oil is a reliable carrier which contributes to stability and viscosity of the formula. It has many antioxidant properties. The vitamin E is in a blend of alpha-tocopherol and mixed tocopherols. Pro-Adapt does not use the common, cheap tocopheryl acetate form; Pro-Adapt contains premium vitamin E in mixed tocopherol forms for enhanced stability and oxidative protection. The high-grade amber bottle helps maximize stability and shelf life.
